• 8 plots of Smooth Cayenne pineapple (2 ha): 120,000 plants. Harvest every 14 months. High demand in Lumumbashi, Likasi, and Kolwezi. Stable income even during the dry season with drip irrigation from the ponds.
• Grafted Hass & Fuerte avocado trees (3 ha): 600 trees in rows. 300 kg/tree starting from year 4. Avocado is currently Katanga's green gold. High demand from mining companies and supermarkets.

In the center: THE HEART OF THE FARM

• 10 modern fish ponds (1 ha): 10 basins of 200m2 each, clean masonry, with drainage system. 20,000 tilapia per 6-month cycle. The nutrient-rich green water from the ponds directly irrigates pineapples and market gardening. Zero waste.
• Compost and bio-fertilizer area (0.5 ha): 8 composting bins, vermicompost, chicken manure piles. This is where fertility is produced without buying imported DAP fertilizer.

To the right and at the top: ENERGY AND DAILY INCOME

• Agro-Food FM delivery vehicle: Refrigerated van running Farm-Lumumbashi center 3 times/week. No more selling at the farm gate, we deliver to Supermarkets, Shoprite, restaurants, and Gecamines residential camps.
• Intensive checkerboard market gardening (2 ha): 24 vegetable beds (scallions, tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, cabbage). Harvest every week.
• 3 large modern poultry houses (1.5 ha): 1,000 layers + 2,000 broilers in rotation. Manure feeds the ponds and compost.
• Technical building with solar panels: Total electricity self-sufficiency. Solar pump for the ponds.

In the background: LONG-TERM SECURITY

• Oil palms and banana trees along the borders: 5 ha. Windbreak, natural firebreak, and palm oil revenue starting from year 3.
• All around the perimeter: Living hedge of Gliricidia and anti-erosion vetiver. 10m firebreak strip.
